Four Corners purchased a 17-unit apartment building in the very desirable residential area of South Tampa, just off of Bayshore Boulevard, which runs along beautiful and picturesque Tampa Bay. The building was operating as a rental property, and had not been renovated or updated in quite some time. Four Corners recognized the underlying value of the property, and acquired the building with the intention of turning the units into individually-deeded condominiums.
Before the sale of any individual units, Four Corners took the building though the engineering and structural inspections, physical and legal improvements, and governmental approvals needed to complete the conversion project. Four Corners also added visual improvements to the building’s façade and interior, updating the look to match the surrounding upscale neighborhood. Upon listing the units for sale, all of the condos sold quickly.
