These prime properties have been located in cities on both coasts of Florida, and have included such advantageous characteristics as waterfront sites and desirable “Old Florida” architecture.
Once a potential property is located, each one is fully inspected before purchase and the financial value is thoroughly analyzed to determine whether it fits the company’s portfolio needs. Once purchased, the properties are renovated and improved as necessary, and then leased up, or sold outright – resulting in a historically high rate of return on the entire portfolio of single-family home investments.
