Four Corners purchased this complex of rental buildings in 1998. The main building is comprised of 10 apartments, and is located at 101 S. “J” Street in Lake Worth, FL, just off Dixie Highway and Lake Avenue. Surrounding the main building and its accompanying courtyard are several single-family homes, which were also rented out.
The main building was built in the art deco-style of “Old-Florida” in the 1940’s, and the interiors of each unit were renovated by Four Corners. The property is only a short walk away from the restaurants, shopping boutiques, and galleries of Lake Worth’s charming downtown. World-famous Palm Beach Island and Lake Worth Beach are only a short drive away.
Four Corners successfully operated this complex at a net profit for 7.5 years, adding value and subsequently selling it at 3.5 times the original purchase price.
