The Brittany Apartments property is 71-unit courtyard-style apartment community located on almost 2 acres in the heart of south Tampa, near downtown. The property was owned by Four Corners through an LLC setup to manage and run the property.
The apartment building and swimming pool were built in 1969 and purchased by Four Corners in 2000. The building, units, and grounds were then beautifully renovated and improved, allowing the units to be leased to full occupancy, and increasing the property’s value to over $6 Million.
This successful project was sold to another management company in 2005, resulting in a high rate of return on the initial investment.
