Methodology

As president of the company, David S. Rinker oversees and manages the entire portfolio of holdings, and actively pursues the purchase of new properties. Since 1993, Mr. Rinker has acquired and managed over 60 real estate holdings at prime locations within the southeastern United States, which is Four Corners' primary target area. In particular, this includes both coasts of Florida and various areas in North Carolina and Tennessee. Many of these premium properties boast benefits from select locations, such as outstanding beachfront and waterfront sites, high-demand Interstate frontage and interchanges, and beautiful mountainside settings.

Four Corners strategically pursues a diversified portfolio that includes a variety of investments, such as:
  • Multi-family home and apartment buildings
  • Single-family homes and development projects
  • Condo conversion projects
  • Commercial and industrial properties
During the acquisition process, Four Corners studies and evaluates each investment to maximize the expected rate of return and appreciation, and every holding is periodically reviewed to confirm that it still fits with the overall intentions of the group portfolio.
